About the Role
We are looking for a motivated individual who can support the administrative backbone of our fast-moving non-profit organization. The ideal candidate will:
- Assist with day-to-day administrative operations, scheduling, and communications.
- Help coordinate workshops, program activities, community events, and youth engagement.
- Maintain organized records, documents, attendance lists, and program files.
- Provide consistent communication support (emails, follow-ups, reminders, inquiries).
- Support data entry, reporting, and preparation of program materials.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth delivery of program timelines.
- Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and the ability to work independently.
- Have interest or experience in community work, education, agri-tech, STEM, or non-profit program coordination (relevant experience is preferred but not mandatory).
Requirements
Future S.E.T. is hiring a Program Coordinator (Part-Time) to support our expanding youth and community-focused Agri-Tech and STEM programs. In this role, you will help organize, schedule, and coordinate the day-to-day administrative operations that keep our programs running smoothly. You will work closely with our leadership team to support research activities, workshops, outreach, and partnership development as we pioneer the next generation of agri-tech breakthroughs.
This position requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about community impact.Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
