  • Have demonstrated experience in at least one relevant area: agri-tech, hydroponics, horticulture, biology, engineering, biotechnology, environmental science, coding, or related STEM fields.

  • Possess applied knowledge gained through formal study (college, university, certification) or substantial informal experience (industry work, self-taught practice, farming, research, or community-based projects).

  • Be able to provide hands-on instruction, guidance, and technical explanations to youth in a clear and encouraging way.

  • Support youth-led projects by offering troubleshooting, coaching, and real-time feedback.

  • Help prepare educational materials, demonstrations, and activity plans as needed.

  • Maintain professionalism, reliability, and a supportive approach when working with youth.

  • Bring a passion for community impact, sustainability, and equity in STEM fields.
